6 ingredients: mahi-mahi, soy sauce, rice vinegar, macadamia nuts, olive oil, crushed ginger paste
(1) Add equal parts soy sauce and rice vinegar to the bottom of a clear baking dish.
(2) Place fish (mahi mahi or other white fish) to the dish, skin side down
(3) Drizzle the top of the fish with olive oil
(4) Generously smear the top of each piece of fish with crushed ginger paste
(5) Break up macadamia nuts into very small pieces (I place the nuts in a bag and whack with a kitchen mallet). Cover the top of each piece of fish with macadamia nuts
(6) Bake at 400 until fish is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with Asian slaw or a veggie stir fry.

Oops - your ingredient list calls for salmon but I think you meant mahi-mahi. Have you tried it with salmon? It sounds like a great recipe that I want to try soon. Thanks for the posting.
