You can do it. We can help. (Dinner)

Do I iron my sheets? No way.
Do I match up my socks? Nope.
Are these recipes laminated? Absolutely. Laminated recipes never end up forgotten in the bottom of a shopping cart, lost in the abyss of a purse, get ruined by boiled over water or covered in notes.  So, yes, these recipes are laminated.

Come on friends - cooking dinner isn't that bad .. if you have a system that works.  This is my new system and I've got high hopes for it.

As you can see, I have a stainless steel memo board that will display my dinner plans for the week. I'm not shooting for the stars here - as evidenced by a "Girl's Night Out" for dinner on Thursday and a "???" for dinner on Friday. However, I do have a solid 5 dinners planned.

Behind my memo board is a file folder, holding my recipes and cook books. I don't terribly enjoy finding menus in books - but I do enjoy 1) Cooking with Trader Joes and 2) Mamalicious.

When it's time to plan a few meals for the week, I can flip through the cook books or laminated recipes for inspiration.

PS - recipes only get to the laminated stage if I have tried them, liked them, and they have a reasonable number of ingredients.

You can do it. We can help!
