All you need is:
chicken or vegetable broth
2 raw chicken breasts, cubed
a few potatoes, diced
raw broccoli
raw cauliflower
raw carrots
raw mushrooms
dipping sauces - such as honey mustard (my fav), bbq, caesar dressing, teriykai sauce (kids fav)
Set the pot to a high setting (8), so the broth gets warm enough to fully cook the chicken. Veggies cook quick, except the potatoes take forever.
This is so much fun for the kids, and so easy to prepare!

For dessert, you'll need a new (or cleaned) pot. Mix together 1 dark chocolate bar and about half a cup of milk. Set your pot to a low setting (2) so the chocolate doesn't boil. Prepare a plate with fruit ( like using strawberries and bananas), pound cake, cookies, brownies, etc. For items that are crumbly, like cookies, leave them on your plate and drizzle chocolate from a spoon over the cookie. Solid items can be dipped and swirled in the yummy chocolate!
