6 ingredients: Red cabbage, sliced almonds, water chestnuts, smooth peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar.
(1) Begin with about 2 tbsps of peanut butter. Blend equal parts soy sauce and rice vinegar into the PB until your mixture is smooth and slightly runny.
(2) Use kitchen scissors to cut cabbage into long skinny slivers.
(3) Dice water chestnuts into small pieces and add to cabbage mixture.
(4) Add the PB sauce to the cabbage mixture.
(5) Top with sliced almonds
(6) Refrigerate and serve!
