Simple Italian Dessert ~ by request

I don't like complicated recipes! When searching for recipes, feel free to modify as needed (i.e. take the recipe for the crust from one recipe, and the filling from a second).

Crust: crumbled graham crackers and butter
Filling: lowfat ricotta cheese and semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Perfectly simple! Simply perfect.

Another variation ~ mix lowfat ricotta cheese with lemon rind, lemon juice and sugar.  Top baked dessert with blackberries or raspberries.  Yum!
